About Us

Garry and Carol Ehoff began Ehoff Catering in the spring of 1983, with a vision of creating Kingsburg's finest catering service. Carol had been taught by generations of family members, who together had more than 50 years in the catering and restaurant business, Carol has continued the family tradition of offering traditional meals, with a subtle twist. 

Carol began her career has a food inspector but always had the desire to operate and own her own business.  With the family recipes and support, they began catering family and small business events.  As word spread of their great tasting and creative dishes and Carol"s  southern hospitality, they gained a solid reputation for quality and taste.  

In 1989, Fresno State called and asked if Ehoff Catering would offer their renowned Deep Pit BBQ Beef and Blooming Onions at football games and special events.  Today, with the help of family and friends can be found in a red and a white trailer serving up BBQ Beef Sandwiches, Foot L0ng CornDogs and Funnel Cakes.

  Garry and Carol founded Ehoff Catering in the spring of 1983. Before they created their first dish, they vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Guests agree. Ehoff Catering is the best.
